Managing Contractors – Viewing Company Documents

Step 1 – Click the ‘contractors‘ tab on the left hand side of the web portal. Step 2 – Click ‘Manage’ on an existing contractor. Step 3 – Click Company Documents, and here you will be able to see a list of Company documents to view.

Managing Contractors – Assigning Sites

Step 1 – Click the ‘contractors‘ tab on the left hand side of the web portal. Step 2 – Click ‘Manage’ on an existing contractor. Step 3 – Click ‘Menu’ and select a specific site to assign the contractor to, and the close.

List of contractors

To see the list of contractors, click on the ‘Contractors’ tab on the left hand side of the web portal. This will then show you a list of your contractors as well as the, name of the company they’re from, contact person, industry and their H&S score.

How to add contractors

Go to your list of contractors. Click the add contractor button. Fill in the form… name, main contact, number etc. Select sites the contractor may have access to.
