Creating Inductions

Step 1 – Click on the ‘Inductions’ tab on the left hand side of the web app

Step 2 – Click on ‘Add Induction’.

Step 3 – Enter the ‘Name’ of the induction form, and at the bottom in the text box is where you can populate the field. 

Step 4 – Click ‘Save’
