Uploading Company Documents

Step 1 – On the top right of the web app, click on the gear icon next to user info icon which will then open the ‘Add Company Document’ window. 

Step 2 – ‘Document Name’ field: In this field you are required to input the name of the document

Step 3 – ‘Document Type’ field: In this field you are required to choose a specific category within the dropbox to which the document is closely related to. 

Step 4 – ‘Expiry Date’ field: In this optional field, you can set an expiry date for the document.

Step 5 – ‘Document Visibility’ field: in this field you set how visible your document is to others. Ranging from ‘Private’(only you) to ‘Public’ (everyone)


Step 6 – Click ‘Save’
